In the ever-changing world of social and image creation, we feel it's important to do the right thing when it comes to image usage.

• When using a picture, graphic, logo, etc. that you didn’t create, we encourage you to check if and how you can use it.
• We encourage you to provide the proper attribution when and if necessary.
• We encourage you to appreciate and understand any copyright issues associated with your own assets (images, logos, etc.).

We acknowledge that we can’t control how you use Pablo, but we encourage you to do the right thing :)

Assets That You Upload (Images, Logos, Graphics, Etc.)

Whenever you upload your own asset into Pablo, it is only ever made visible to you. While the asset does remain on our servers, no other user is provided with access to it.

We believe that the assets you own are rightly yours and should be protected under copyright law. Pablo claims no ownership or distribution rights — all assets that you upload to Pablo remain fully yours and will never be released to anyone or any entity.

Images That You Search For Within Pablo

The images available for search within Pablo are provided by the kind folks at Unsplash. You may use those images for your Pablo creations under the same Creative Commons Zero license used by Unsplash.

This means that you can copy, modify, distribute and use the photos for free, including for commercial purposes, without asking permission from or providing attribution to Pablo, Buffer or Unsplash.

Images That You Create Within Pablo

Any image that you create within Pablo belongs to you and may be freely downloaded and/or shared. Assets within your Pablo creation are still subject to copyright law.

Pablo claims no ownership or distribution rights for your Pablo creation. While the created image does remain on our servers, no other user is provided with access to it.
